Indications

Loss of Appetite, Physical Weakness, Dehydration, Chronic Fever and Fatigue.

Adult Dose

2/3 tea spoon 2-3 times daily or as per directed by the registered physicians

Contra Indications

It is not advisable to use in patients suffering from kidney disease and edema.

Pregnancy-Lactation

The safety of this syrup in pregnancy has not been studied. Therefore, it should be used with caution during pregnancy as per directed by the Registered Physicians

Adverse Effects

Excessive use may cause stomach upset, nausea, vomiting etc

Mechanism of Action

Asparagus Racemosus (Shatamul): Asparagus contains several bioactive compounds including: Shatavarins I–VI, Asparagine, Isoflavones, Alkaloids, Flavonoids, Tannins. It stimulates digestive enzymes & gastric secretions. Soothes the gastrointestinal tract. Enhances nutrient absorption & promotes hunger. It improves energy levels & physical stamina. Withania somnifera (Ashagandha): Withanolides: These are steroidal lactones unique to Ashwagandha. Withanolides are believed to modulate stress responses and support cognitive function, which can indirectly improve appetite and physical vitality. Alkaloids: Compounds such as withanine, somniferine, and tropine are present in the root. These alkaloids may contribute to Ashwagandha's sedative and anxiolytic effects, potentially alleviating mental fatigue and enhancing overall well-being. Sitoindosides: These are glycosylated withanolides that exhibit antioxidant and immunomodulatory activities.
