2/3 tea spoon 2-3 times daily or as per directed by the registered physicians

Asparagus Racemosus (Shatamul): Asparagus contains several bioactive compounds including: Shatavarins I–VI, Asparagine, Isoflavones, Alkaloids, Flavonoids, Tannins.
