Yohimbe
Indications
Erectile dysfunction (Male impotence), Loss of libido, Exhaustion
Adult Dose
1 tablet 3 times daily or as advised by the physician.
Contra Indications
There is no evidence available on contraindication but it may happen in patients who are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients.

Pregnancy-Lactation
The safety of Yohimbe in pregnancy has not been established. Therefore, it should be used during pregnancy only under the supervision of a physician.
Interactions
Theoretically, Yohimbe may counteract the hypotensive effect of anti hypertensive medications, resulting inadequate blood pressure control. It may potentiate pharmaceutical MAO-inhibitors.

Mechanism of Action
Yohimbe blocks adrenergic receptors & blocks adrenergic nerve activity which dilates blood vessels & increases blood flow & finally maintains erection.
