Pumpkin seed extract (Cucurbita Pepo)
Indications
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), Urinary bladder irritation, Urolithiasis and Weakness of the kidney.
Adult Dose
One Capsule one or two times daily after meal.
Contra Indications
Contraindication have not been identified. However, it is contraindicated in those patients who are have known hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Not recommended for pregnancy and lactation.

Mechanism of Action
The main active ingredients of Iripum is Beta-sitosterol and Delta-7- Sterene. Beta-sitosterol inhibits the activity of 5-alpha reductase enzyme and prevents the conversion of Testosterone to DHT (Dihydro Testosterone) . Delta-7- Sterene acts as a receptor blocker to DHT. As a result decrease the size of prostate gland and treats BPH.
