Adult Dose
One softgel two to three times daily, with a meal. For easier swallowing, take with water before and during ingestion.

Mechanism of Action
Gelaseed contains Linolenic acid (LA) that converted to Gamma Linolenic acid (LA) to Dihomo-y-linolenic acid (DGLA) that produces PGE1 & PGE3. PGE1 inhibits Cholesterol synthesis & PGE3 stimulates Cholesterol movement across cell membrane.
