Indications
Piles, Chronic Constipation.
Adult Dose
1/2 tablet 1-2 times daily or as per directed by the Registered Physicians.
Contra Indications
No report is available on contraindication. It may be happened in patients who are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients.
Pregnancy-Lactation
This should not be used during pregnancy. But safe for lactating mother.

Mechanism of Action
Terminalia chebula (Haritaki): It contains several chemical components including
Chebulin, Chebulagic acid, Chebulinic acid, Arginine, proline etc. It can help shrink
the swollen hemorrhoid tissue. Its astringent nature is also help stop bleeding associated
with piles. It can help with constipation, a common trigger for piles.
Piper longum (Pipul): It contains several chemical components including Piperine,
Piperlongumine, Piperlonguminine, Myristicin, Safrole, Eugenol, Longamide etc. It
is considered as carminative, meaning it can help reduce gas and bloating, and a
stomachic, which means it promotes digestion. Better digestion can prevent constipation,
a common cause of piles. It can act as a mild laxative, helping to soften stools and make
bowel movements easier. This can reduce the risk of straining and the development of
piles. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which could potentially help
alleviate pain associated with piles.
Mesua ferrea (Nageshwar): Mesua ferrea, have been found to be effective in improving
ano-rectal conditions, reducing bleeding and pain in Grade I and II hemorrhoid patients.
