Oral Tablet Initially 0.5 mg tab once a day. The dosage may gradually increase according to blood uric acid level as needed. It may be increased to 1 mg at a time, once a day after 2 weeks, and then 2 mg at a time, once daily as a maintenance dose after 6 weeks. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's condition. However, it should not exceed 4 mg at a time, once a day. Hepatic impairment Dotinurad can be administered to patients with hepatic impairment without dose adjustment.

No dose adjustment is necessary when dotinurad is administered to patients with mild to moderate renal impairment.

Hypersensitivity

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include gouty arthritis, arthritis and discomfort in limbs. Increased creatinine and Nephrolithiasis were reported.
