Soap is only for external use. It is easy to use and can be incorporated into your daily skincare routine. Follow these simple steps to get the most out of this natural ingredient: Wet your skin with warm water. Lather the Optimum Medicated Soap in your hands or on a washcloth. Apply the soap to your face and body, using gentle circular motions to work up a lather. Leave the soap on your skin for a few minutes to allow the turmeric to penetrate and deliver its benefits. Rinse the soap off with warm water, making sure to remove all traces of soap from your skin. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel, being careful not to rub too vigorously.

Use daily for fair skin, If an individual has had surgery on the skin then let the doctor know. Do not use this soap on wounds.
