Vitamin K antagonises the eect of coumarin-type anticoagulants. Co-administration of anticonvulsants can impair the action of vitamin K. Cholecalciferol is known to interact with Carbamazepine, Dactinomycin, Diuretics, Fosphenytoin, Miconazole, Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Primidone.
