Take 3 tablets daily after meal for 6 to 9 month or as directed by the physicians

DHEA is contraindicated in patients with history of psychiatric disease, history of mania, and bipolar disorder, this is due to an increase risk of mania. It is also contraindicated in patients with hormone sensitive cancers due to its estrogen effects.

No regarding safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation is lacking. DHEA supplementaion has been evaluated for use in improving oocyte production in infertility.

No known drug interaction has found.

Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen.

DHEA supplementation seems to improve the ovarian environment where follicle maturation takes place, and appears to function by acting on the androgen receptors that are expressed on the granulosa cells and ovarian stroma, resulting in increasing antral follicle counts and AMH levels, and therefore ovarian reserve.
