0 to 1 year (Infant): Take 5 drops at a time just before breastfeeding (directly above the tongue or mixed with milk). 1 to 3 years (Toddlers): Take 10 drops or ½ ml at a time just before breastfeeding or drinking milk (directly above the tongue or mixed with milk). 3 to 5 years (Pre-schoolers): Take 20 drops or 1 ml at a time just before drinking milk (directly above the tongue or mixed with milk). 5 to 12 years: Take 1.5 ml at a time just before drinking milk (directly above the tongue or mixed with milk). Adults: Take 2 ml at a time just before drinking milk (directly above the tongue or mixed with milk).

Patients with a known hypersensitivity to any component of this product.

Lactase has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. Animal studies have not been reported. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Lactase should be given during pregnancy when need has been clearly established.

No known drug interaction has found.

Lactocalm drop contains lactase enzyme that helps to break down the lactose (milk sugar) to produce easily digestable sugars like glucose and galactose. As a result, drinking milk does not cause indigestion.
